Conference Equity in Health: how to promote networking to move from policy to action

This event aims to promote and stimulate the debate on the social determinants of health and on the reduction of health inequalities between and within the EU Member States. The aim of the Conference is to promote the dialogue among the main stakeholders, facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices, stimulate and strengthening the capacity of networking and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of interventions.

The "Health in all policies", along with the cooperation and intersectoral actions, constitutes a promising approach to increase the accountability of other sectors towards the health sector, as well as the promotion of equity in health and the promotion of a more inclusive society.

As collective goals, health and well-being for everyone, should be given high priority at the local, national, regional and international.
