As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory:

- 173.085 patients have recovered
- 34.223 died (the confirmation that the cause of death is exclusively imputable to SARS-CoV-2 will be validated by the Italian Higher Institute for Health)
To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 236.305
In detail, the number of infected people amounts to 17.024 in Lombardy, 2.897 in Piedmont, 1.817 in Emilia-Romagna, 849 in Veneto, 510 in Tuscany, 249 in Liguria, 2.222 in Lazio, 750 in Marche, 346 in Campania, 439 in Puglia, 68 in the autonomous province of Trento, 841 in Sicily, 108 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 528 in Abruzzo, 101 in the autonomous province of Bolzano, 24 in Umbria, 42 in Sardinia, 9 in Aosta Valley, 47 in Calabria, 114 in Molise e 12 in Basilicata.
