
Food Hygiene and Control
La Società Euro Consultans ha vinto il bando per l’assegnazione dello sviluppo dei corsi sull’Igiene degli Alimenti, per il biennio 2012-2013.
Il programma generale vede lo svolgimento in totale di 35 workshops suddividi come segue :
- 9 sessioni « Meat and Meat products »
- 9 sessioni « Fishery products and Live Molluscs Bivalve »
- 9 sessioni « milk and dairy products »
- 8 sessioni « Baby Food »
La lingua utilizzata per tutte le sessioni sarà l’Inglese.

Informazioni e modulistica utili per i candidati:
Il personale interessato dovrà inviare il modulo di iscrizione FV-FCE-T0_FH_Meat, FV-FCE-T0_FH_Milk, FV-FCE-T0_FH_Fish, FV-FCE-T0_FH_Baby_Food unitamente ad un CV in inglese e la lettera di accompagnamento e inviarle ad entrambi i seguenti indirizzi di posta elettronica: dsvet@postacert.sanita.it e formazione.veterinariassn@sanita.it.
Qualora il numero delle candidature fossero in numero superiore rispetto ai posti disponibili, si procederà con una selezione su base curriculare, secondo i seguenti criteri:
- Personale appartenente ad autorità competenti nazionali, centrali, locali o istituti di ricerca/laboratori, coinvolti nel settore dell’Igiene degli alimenti a vari livelli;
- avere la possibilità di divulgare le nozioni apprese, nel rispetto della filosofia di questi corsi di FORMARE FORMATORI;
- buon livello di conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
