The Extraordinary Commissioner for the implementation and coordination of measures to contain and combat the epidemiological emergency by COVID-19 calls for this simplified competitive procedure, that concerns the urgent supply of 2,000,000 qualitative rapid test kits for the detection of specific SARS - CoV-2, containing all the components required for ensuring analysis use and outcome, having high quality properties, functionality and speed, adequately validated by qualified laboratories or regulatory agencies, at national or international level.
