Online the new model of self-declaration of the Ministry of the Interior to use in case of movements. The form contains new entries following the Prime Minister's Decree of March 22 providing for additional measures to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus.
With respect to the previous form, the citizen must specify - in addition to the residence also their domicile, and indicate their starting and destination addresses.
Movements are permitted for reasons of proven work, health or for situations of necessity in case of movement within the same municipality, while only for reasons of absolute urgency for movements from one municipality to another.
It remains unchanged the entry declaring that the person concerned is not in quarantine or positive for covid-19 and therefore exonerated from the absolute prohibition of movement, as provided for in art. 1 of the Prime Minister's Decree of March 8, 2020.
